In this page you will find my paintings! While I initially learned with acrylics, I typically paint with oil paint. Some elements I focus on are color, space, and form. I started painting in 2017 and it has become one of my favorite forms of art.

Still Life 1
Oil on canvas

The initial goal for this painting was to successfully "glaze" a painting. This piecewas painted monochromatically, and then 'glazed' over with transparent paint once it was dry.
Still Life 1
Oil on canvas
18in x 24in

The initial goal for this painting was to paint this still life, really paying attention to the value range in the composition.
Still Life 1
Oil on canvas
18in x 24in

The initial goal for this painting was create a chaotic still life utilizing crumpled paper and other broken things with a lot of planes. I painted less details around the edges of the painting so that the focus was drawn more towards the mess that composed this piece.
